The Finance Director

As Condimentum enters an exciting new phase of growth, they are seeking an experienced Finance Director to work closely with the CEO and CFO, ensuring the business is financially robust, strategically aligned, and primed for expansion.

This is a hands-on leadership role offering the rare opportunity to shape the financial future of a global ingredients manufacturer with deep local roots and a bold international vision. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the entire finance function with a focus on accuracy, control, and insight.
• Partner with the CEO and CFO in shaping and delivering business strategy and investment plans.
• Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, including CAPEX projects and funding models.
• Drive process improvement initiatives and data-led decision-making across the business.
• Collaborate with recently expanded Commercial Team to support its domestic and international expansion and commercial activity across new markets.
• Act as a key financial liaison with partners, external investors, and strategic stakeholders, ensuring transparency and credibility.

What We’re Looking For:

• A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with a strong commercial acumen and proven experience at a senior finance level.
• Senior level experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment is preferred.
• A highly autonomous and results-driven individual with exceptional stakeholder management skills.
• A strategic thinker who’s equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves to improve processes and systems.
• A confident communicator with the presence and credibility to influence at board level and beyond.
• Experience in supporting rapid growth, investment activity, or international expansion is highly advantageous.
